Sponsor invoicing information

The below information is used to set up a new customer in our financial system (currently Quickbooks).  We prefer to generate an electronic invoice that will be emailed to you but we can also send a paper invoice if you desire.  We accept electronic ACH payment, credit card, and business checks.  

Payment must be completed by the 9:00 am Friday, 8 days prior to the event for the monthly Scottsdale Motorsports Gathering.   Cancellation within 8 days of the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
